male or female?

wondering if my barred cochin might be a male? just from comparing it to my other 2 cochins. But then it's just a bit older than the other 2 also.

I would guess boy but I am new to chickens! I am still trying to figure out what mine are

If it is 8 weeks old or older, it could very well be a pullet. Under 8 weeks, cockerel.
