Usually at what age can you tell the difference between male and female ducks? I mean like when the drakes feathers become noticable....... Thanks

sometimes you can tell as early as three weeks, females will start to get an "onk" sound to their peep, by 4-10 weeks, females will start to Qauck, where as males will have a quiet voice, by 3-4 months, males will get curly feathers on the tails

It has taken me 3 months to be "almost" sure. Just yesterday my drakes got their new feathers. I thought they were female until the moment I saw the dark head (khaki campbells). I would think at least 3 months to be sure. Then I think you might have to see eggs to be really sure ;-)
