There is no "definitely" in the chicken world until they either crow or lay an egg, but I'm 90% sure she is a hen. Even professionals who sex chicks for a living won't usually guarantee more than that. )

She still looks like a hen to me. I'm not seeing the emergence of the reddish dorsal feathers that you would normally see on a Mille Fleur cockerel. Do you know how old she is?
