malformed chick?wtf?

ok so this little chick(3week old b.c.maran) had pasty but i've had her separated from the rest then her butt got a sore on it ok i can deal with that keep it clean ect...did treatments ect ..but not better but looking ok....ok so her "big kid"feathers are coming in i noticed a scab on her chest around her crop area looking at it in the light i see that it is not a scab but a part of some internal something that has healed out or in..she's eating well pooping well ect picking on her other bucket buddy the lady at the feed and seed told me to drop her in a bucket of water...anyone seen anything like this?...

you mean to drop her in a bucket of water to end her life? you said she is eating and pooping with out any problems? maybe she doesn't deserve to die, if your willing to take care of her. Yes pictures would help alot to figure out what it could be.
