Mallard duck

My wife went to the feed store for some chciken supplies and came home with a Mallard duckling that was the runt. This was about a month ago and it is no longer a runt. Does anyone ahve any advise about introducing it to wild ducks in the area. We want Duckie to live her own life with other Mallards if she chooses. We won't be disappointed if she stays with us and the chickens though.
Any adise will be greatly appreciated.

if you've had it since a duckling and have raised it yourself, it's not good to let it into the wild. they need to be raised with other ducks in the wild to be wild. i wouldn't let it go. it's chance of surviving are not great

She will have become domesticated and would be best to keep her with what she is used to.

If you let it lose you will just be feeding some predator.
