Mallard Duckling.. Drake or Hen?!

Hi everyone! I was given this Mallard duckling to care for about 3 weeks ago. I was just curious if there’s a way to tell if will grow up to be a Drake or Hen?

Too young to tell yet but sure is a cutie. Give it another 2-3 weeks by then you might be able to tell by voice.
