Do you have a heating pad or hot water bottle!.....A plastic Pepsi bottle with hot water in a towel might work?

I changed the bulb and it is staying on now they are laying in the shavings under it

Okay...Only heat the one end of the Brooder..They need to move if too hot.....If too hot?...Raise the heat..

Is it acting any better? They have that electrolyte solution. It may be in shock. Does anything seem broken?

Can't tell it is acting well it ain't really doing anything it's just laying there upside down. I don't think it will make it

The mouse trap thing that comes down to hit the mouse may have hit your lil duckling in the head which may have caused serious brain injury. We had mice here when we moved in and my dh set up some traps. One mouse set off the trap and from the way it was acting I am pretty sure it got hit in the head. My Dachshund got it. before i could get it outside. Poor thing def was not right.

I am so sorry but it is amazing how far ducklings can jump so having a brooder with some kind of top is best. I use old window screens and place a couple 2X4 on top to keep them tight.

They are doing great they are in a metal water troff with a heat lamp when I let them out with me I put them in the grass and they follow me around the yard eating and they love to swim.

That is awesome, just be careful to not let them get chilled since they are so young.
