Mallard owners, any thoughts?

So both my mallards are same age. Bought same day from Wilco farm store. I noticed they are getting feathers basically same places and growth is basically the same BUT ones feathers are much brighter than the other, the tail feathers are different patterns, and some other small differences. Do you think one is a drake and one a hen? Whats your opinion?

@sourland is correct , but I can beak sex from the photos see the light brown on the sides and dark brown on top that's a hen, a drake has a dark green beak . This only works with pure mallards and 90% correct . You have two hens from what I can see . Good luck ! They are not old enough to feather sex . 🍀🍀

I hope they are pure mallards then! I am hoping for two hens! This gives me hope. 😊 All I know is they were labeled as "domesticated gray mallards". I was told mallards but not told if they were mixed breed. I *think* they are pure mallards though. Thank you for the response, I really appreciate it. 😁
