Mama Bunny hostile after 1st litter died

Our Bunny had her first litter. Afyer the liter died she pulled her fur out and made a nest. She is very hostile. Is there anything we can do to help her.

Welcome to BYC. Was there a buck in the pen with her ? They will rebreed immediately after giving birth. My gut instinct is that she is still hormonal and 'mother' protective. I'd just let her work her way out of it.

If she's making a nest she's most likely pregnant again.

Her babies were born Nov 10 and we took her and the babies out immediately. We didn't realize she was that close to delivering and saw them about 3 hours after delivery. After the babies died she started making the nest and got aggressive. She is by herself right now and charges us when we feed her.
