So today I was in town with my dad doing some last minute shopping for my trip, I'm leaving to go on the road with my mom (truck driver) with in the next 2 days, when i recieve a phone call from my brother. He was back at the house watching our Crested Blue Swedish hen walk 7 fuzz butts across the yard.
I got home and i must say i think every single one of our drakes is now a daddy.
We have been extremely busy so far this summer so its not too much of a surprise to me that i didn't realize she was setting. I decided to check the yard after putting mama and her babies in the safety pen. We have 3 other hens setting!
Why must they do this before i go?
