I would use either the rooster booster or poultry nutri-drench (PND).
For me, I would personally use the PND since it's already a concentrate. Give the chick 2-3 drops, twice a day.

If you have vitamins in the water and they are all drinking well, then you don't need to direct dose her with the PND.
If you did, it won't hurt her though, so don't stress over it.

Are they drinking and eating on their own now? They should be if you dipped their beaks.

All of them are drinking/ eating on their own except for the weak one. Ive dipped her beak in the RB water and the nutri-drench but she still seems really weak, even weaker than before. I want to hold her more but i feel under mama must be best. I dont know what else to do to make her better?! I will stay up with her all night if need be that isnt a problem. Ive checked for pasty butt, but that isnt the problem. One more has hatched and another is mostly there.

You're doing the best you can. Some can be weak and fail to thrive, hopefully she'll perk up with you giving her the PND, that's about all that you can do.
Being with Mama usually is best, imho, but keep check on her.

Hatching chicks whether with a broody or incubator can have it's ups and downs. You want all to survive, but sadly, that's not always the case.

I used to be confused with times as well and used to take my antibiotics wrong until my Dr told me you always divide 24 hrs by the number of doses. Just thought I'd mention that just in case.
