Mama Heating Pad in the Brooder (Picture Heavy) - UPDATE

Anyone who has used the heating pad for ducklings- do you do any extra wrapping on the heating pad to keep it dry? I've brooded them w a heat lamp before but haven't tried the heating pad w them. Just know how messy ducklings are and just wondered what others had tried. I love the heating pad for the chicks I've brooded.

Nope...just my usual.

I presume you don't plan to have water for the ducklings on top of the MHP cave

I don't suppose the ducklings would carry any significant amount of water onto the MHP though never having had ducks of any age I could be really wrong.

Hmmmm  I'm going to repost the link.  I just clicked on it and it took me right there.  Could someone try it for me please and let me know?  As Bruce said, they are also available at Walmart and Walgreens.....I bought my first one at Walmart for Scout.  But Walmart didn't have the larger size, which is why I went to Amazon in the first place.  Now I'm curious about the link...
