Finally made it out to the big coop with the big girls, but any chance she gets she gets back in our area and heads into the house. She really thinks she is one of the little white dogs, drinks out of their water dish, lays on the kitchen floor or on their bed. Sheez, she is one confused chicken. She was so miffed that we actually put her out there with those other things......

I'm not going to get into whether it's right to kill it or not...

but make sure you have a rope securely around it before you shoot it. Spooked or hurt gators go underwater, and I know you don't want a bloated, shot gator body ending up in your lake for someone to find.
As another poster said, be REALLY careful about baiting, as it is illegal. It might also attract more nuisance wildlife into your yard.

Oooooh, exciting! I thought he was going to be bigger. Thank goodness he isn't, that size is still somewhat managable, though they can still do some horrible damage if they get ya.
