Yes. I do. This is my current setup.do you have a towel over them to help heat the whole egg ? Not a lot you can do really .
The damp towel is on the left side of the thermometer. You can’t really see it in the picture.

Thank you! I had to use a similar set up to hatch a baby whos shell was crushed and was half off when I found her. She sadly didn’t make it though. She hatched and then was just too weak.
Honestly, I didn’t want to get an incubator just because the temptation to hatch chicks all the time would be too greatGolden Egg, I think you are doing all you can do unless you purchase a incubator. Very quick thinking on your part. I have never had something like this happen as I had a incubator first before every having a broody.
