Man! These birds can fly!

I have a pair of Narragansett Turkey's. They're about 4 months old.

The run they share with the chickens is enclosed by a 9 foot fence. Each night they fly up on top of the fence to roost and I have to go stand on a ladder to get them down and into the coop. They have one clipped wing but that doesn't keep them from flying up. Any tips? Do I need to clip it shorter?

We are very new to turkeys and have been researching heritage breeds... We were told that they can get out of anything that doesn't have a "roof". We bought some inexpensive netting to do the top of our run which has 8' walls.
