Managing MG in chicken

We were cleaning her eye and putting neosporin on it (somewhere I read that was an okay alternative to Terramycin, which of course OUR TSC doesn't have). But it seemed to make it worse. We can do it again and I can order the Terramycin.

Again if it's MG, it's not going away no matter what's used. It may clear up for awhile, but stress will bring out symptoms again.
On a side note; inspect her eyes very closely, including the tear ducts and see if there is a tiny feather touching the eye causing irritation and watering.
I've had this happen a couple of times particularly with an EE and have had to trim her muff.
