Thanks. The ducks will just have to find mates. My mandarins are messed up with their pairings. I have drakes paired up, some hens without mates, and some of my five year old drakes are in trios, may even be a quad.

My mandarins are mating like crazy and the hen was checking out the nest boxes! I'm going to have to start checking them beings it's still freezing here and take eggs if I need to. I have a cochin that just went broody, so that is fantastic timing!

It has been so cold here, I haven't even thought about them mating or laying eggs yet...Will have to check the nestboxes...there could be frozen eggs in them! Yikes!

Is that a regular mandarin hen? It looks almost like an apricot wood duck...
