Manheim Township, PA- does anyone know what's allowed?

Hi! Its been a long time since Ive been on here and I really miss my chickens. I would really like to get a few, but we live in Manheim Township now and I am not sure if they are allowed. Im sure it will irritate my neighbors, but I am willing to take that chance as long as I wont get in trouble law wise. I was told that in PA that as long as you didnt have a Rooster or have more than 5 chickens they wer considered pets and not a flock and that you could have that. But I would rather see it in writing myself , and cant find it anywhere. Please help! I miss my beloved chickens!!!!

I'm not in or from PA, but I do know there is an awesome livestock auction in Manheim. It is called Greystone Auction. They sell everything, poultry, goats, rabbits, rodents, small animals, food, and they even have a HUGE flea market! I went there a few years ago and loved it. The ppl running the auction would know the regulations for the area. I would check it out.
