My 2 older Bantam Hens have swollen eyes I know it's Manson's Eye Worms I have Ivermectin and read online put in their eyes? I have been Treating their eyes with VetRX because I read that it kills the Manson Eye Worms what else could I do to kill them Faster?? And is this Spreadable from Chicken to Chicken?? Do I need to take them out anyway from the flock or treat them all with a Chemical Wormer?? Please Help Thank you

I would continue using the VetRX & flushing out their eyes. As for being contagious among chickens, I know the eggs make their way to the bird's feces and if they were to consume it, it could spread to other chickens so make sure to clean out the pens and coop thoroughly. I've also heard where people sprayed their coops and pens with cockroach insecticide, but I would be worried about the chemicals harming the chickens, so you might want to read up on that more before doing it.

Thank you @crazychickenlady5 how about worming my chickens with a Chemical Wormer? I read on other postings on here that you can give them Safeguard orally I know the dosage saw it online here I dusted their pen with Seven Dust 5% I will only use that for my chickens I really don't want to separate my chickens because they been with their flock forever no stressing so is Manson Eye Worms really contagious to other chickens?

In the Phillipines they have fighting cocks (I know, I know it's awful--- ) they take their chickens very seriously. They also have a lot of eye worms there.
Years ago, I got some eye-drops for chickens--- If I can find the link, I will be back.
You could also flush with a mild saline solution.

Somewhere around the forum for eyeworms it talks about using Valbazen orally and using it to make eye drops (50% water, 50% Valvazen) to put in the chickens eyes.

Just because you have two birds with swollen eyes does not mean they have eyeworms unless you've actually seen the worms in their eyes. Another way to verify worms is submitting a fecal sample from the "infected" birds to a vet for verification of eyeworm eggs under a microscope.
If in fact it's eyeworms, mix a 50/50 solution of Valbazen and water and flush the eyes. Then dose each one of the bantams orally with 1/2cc Valbazen undiluted and repeat in 10 days.

@dawg53 I have seen white little pieces in their eyes like egg larva and I removed it but if it's a respiratory disease there is no antibiotic medicine over the counter to give them

Have you seen your bantams scratching their eyes? Do they have watery eyes and do they wipe their eyes on feathers? This is typical for eyeworm infection, but respiratory diseases can cause the same symptoms.
It's not possible to see eyeworm eggs in the eyes. The eggs can cluster in the esophagus though. Here's a good link for you to read about eyeworms.

@dawg53 yes my girls are scratching and watery eyes plus wipe their eyes on their feathers so I have some eye worm medicine on the way but I do have eye antibiotic
