Well they possibly could be... but the face... I don't know, its very hawk like. I could say it has Maran in it, but something tells me its a cross. Again, totally my opinion based on the barring being so sparse, and the way the eyes are set on their head.That rooster will have a VERY detailed comb in about a month and should be able to tell by them.
