What different kind of Marans is there. Does anyone know of a site I can go too and see the different kinds?

Hi! You can visit the Marans Chicken Club USA or you can visit Marans of American Club
both websites show the different varieties of Marans.

Let's see if I can come up with a few for you:

Black Copper, Blue Copper and Splash Copper

Wheaten and Blue Wheaten

Black Tailed Buff

Salmon

Colombian

White

Solid Black, Blue and Splash (very rare and hard to find)

Ermine (I don't think there are any of this variety in the US and I think they are very rare in the EU)

Silver Black Birchen (these birds are patterned like the Black and Blue Coppers but are silver instead of copper)

Well...thats all I can come up with as ar as varieties and I am sure others will come by and give you their opinions as well.

And of course I forgot the Cuckoo variety... Gold Cuckoo and Silver Cuckoo.
