Maran / Silver Penciled Rock

Not sure if this is the correct place for this.

How do you tell the difference in just hatched Silver Penciled Rock and Marans chicks? Or are you even able to tell the difference?

Assuming you mean Cuckoo Marans? - They're black with a white dot on the head and pink/white feet and legs.

Silver Penciled Rocks are yellow legged with gray, brown, and black marbling.
