Marans egg Candling Question w/Pictures

ADozenGirlz, thanks for the interesting link. Started 19 eggs at winter solstice, hoping for the best with this difficult Little Giant incubator. Most of the eggs are BC Marans, the others are Penedesencas. They are all so dark, I can't determine anything, even with one of those LED lights in a darkened room.

I just posted a YouTube video today at day 5, using my OvaScope from Brinsea that I won in a contest.

Apparently they have an even higher power light that is supposed to work well with the darkest shelled eggs. It might be worth looking into if you're a serious hatcher. Welcome to BYC, nice to have you join us!
