Little roo .....he found a new home because he was clean legged

4mos old pullet "Independence" she hatched on 7-4-09 sorry she is in the back

Splash roo 3 mos old and you can't really tell in this photo but he has some awesome copper coming in....sorry not the best photo and he was in the middle of trying to squeak out a little crow

I only have one right now. She hatched from some eggs from bishopschickens and is from Bev Davis lines. She is just getting around egg laying condition now. She could already be laying. A couple started this week from that pen and I have not staked them out to find out if she is one of them. I will though, because I really want to know what color she ends up laying. She hatched from a decent egg, about a five or six.

I never knew you got Splash Marans

My girl is in with a blue roo, also from Bev Davis lines, so she could hatch out either blue or splash babies. She doesn't show any color on her neck, which is a fault. I'm hoping she will hatch out some copper colored babies though...
