tfpets - I'm holding my breath right along with you...and I have the opposite. I have 2 blue copper hens and a roo and 1 black copper roo, but 11 cuckoos in the brooder to hatch over the next 5-6 days!
Solsken- I KNEW that was a "Scandahuvian" (as my d m-i-l calls it...from Norweigen stock!) And, I too have a room full of brooders and DUST!! OMG, I wipe the silver thing that holds the heat lamp and 10 mins later, it is coated again! Too small to make a snow angel on!!
Who did you get the blue/blacks from? Did you have them shipped to you? If they weren't blue, were they black?
And finally, you may have previously posted, but would love to see the wheatens you have. I have a new found love for those and the golden cuckoos
