Thanks 4kidz! I'm glad you thought of it. I've seen a few pics of birds I questioned myself, but I'm pretty new to Marans so...

I wish someone would give me a critique of my cockerel I posted a photo of a few days ago. I won't cry! No one said anything.

Oh, and I know he has some red in his breast, but he's still young, and considering there aren't many Blue Wheatens around yet, I think he's a keeper. He's been filling out the last few weeks and starting to look more like he should.

I'll post the photo again, along with two more recent photos that I took yesterday..........be right back.​

This is the one I posted the other day I believe...

...but these are a bit more recent, taken yesterday. I need to know what his good points AND his faults are, so you can be honest. I do hope you like him though. He's certainly a sweet natured boy. As I said, I know he needs to lose more of the red in his upper breast....hope he does!

The site with the Silvers is in English...or I guess you meant the French site.

Yes, the French site is in French, but there is also an English translation too somewhere. I'll see if I can find it for you.​
