Hatching babies makes me happy...

Final count on Marans that have hatched is 21 out of 28, the seven eggs left in the 'bator haven't moved since yesterday and no-one has pipped. I will leave them for a day to see if anything changes.

4 blues , 3 splash and the rest are black. 14 feather legged and 7 clean legged. They are adorable. Couple of babies are still drying in the hatcher. Please excuse the pooh.

Oohhhh,,,Pink Chick, really pretty birds....I've got hatch fever soo badly.....I must not I cannot....I have 4 pens to build! Thanks for sharing those purties and it was a fabulous hatch!

Thanks everyone! This hatch had me

and

the entire time with power outages. I'm very glad it's over....so I set more in hopes of hatching on the 1st with Mahonri and others.
