Thank you. I didn't get many of those stippled eggs last year, they were all pretty much solid. I have one pullet this year who lays the stippled ones often, so I am going to set a few of those.

Well, finally my Marans hatching has jumped into activity.

I have 5 Black Coppers and 1 Wheaten/Blue Wheaten out, with another Wheatie zipping. Still got loads left though. I'm thinking it will all be done by day 23.

Here is an update pic of my favorite CBM rooster, Goody. He has matured quiet a bit from last year's pic. I just wanted to capture how pretty he looks with his spring fling plumage on ... he da MMmaaaaannnnnnnN! (too bad he was just changing directions and has his foot turned funny!

Hello i was wondering if anyone has or knows anyone that breeds bantam marans? They were once accepted to the ABA but then not enough people showed them so they would be the easiest to get reaccepted i would think. I dont have any sever preference in their color as long as its pure.
