Goodness I hope not! I can't keep roos in my area and it took so long for me to get a hold of these two chicks!

It really too early to tell for sure. But the amount of comb and the thickness of the legs, plus the overall stance make me think roo. Post again in 3-4 weeks and we should be able to tell better.

I think that one of them is a roo, but we really wont know for another 2-4 weeks. They look so happy together

Oh and answer to your question the comb looks bigger and redder than the other chick, but you cant just rely on this.

They are soooo cute! I got a straight run BCM on Mother's Day weekend and I was hoping for a roo. I even named him Samson. Well Samson is actually a Sammi. I sure won the gender lotto. 2 straight run chicks and both were pullets. I sure hope at least one of yours is a girl!
