March 1st happens to be National Pig Day, as well as National Peanut butter day. I don't know if I should fix some pork chops, or just put a jar of peanut butter and a loaf of bread on the table for dinner tonight. Peanut butter pie might be OK.
Peanut butter Pie
Baked 9" pie shell
! prepared Vanilla Pie Fill
Mix Peanut butter and Powdered Sugar together until crumbly
(more PS than PB)
Place a Layer Crumbs in shell
follow with the Vanilla pie fill
Add most of the remaining crumbs
Top with Cool Whip and a sprinkle of crumbs
