Hello All!
I can't wait to go tomorrow. This will be my first chicken swap I've ever attended. I will be looking for some chicks. 2 Rocks, 2 Silkies and 2 Golden Comets. Will I have any luck? Please say I will.

i have extra chicks also if anyone wants extras thanks everyone i will be there early. i have a few extra boxes not many so please if anyone has extra boxes please bring

Any suggestions or tips on getting chicks home safely? Cardboard box? Keeping them warm? I have about 1 hour drive.

I suggest aboxand keeping the vehicle warm.
their body heat should keep them warm for the hours trip home.
no drafts and they will be fine

the smallest box you can find for the amount of chicks your getting, if they are somewhat squished in the box they will keep each other warmer than lets say if they are swimming around in a large box, set the box on the floor of the car with the heat on, no problem, they travel for days in the mail service
