March hatch along

I have two pips so far from the chicken eggs that are due tomorrow.

I have 1----1 week old Barred Rock, 35---7 week old Barred Rocks, 12----5 week old Pekin ducks 4----3 week old mixed chickens, and over 10 dozen duck and chicken eggs that are hatching the 30th and every week of April.
My question now is, Where do I put them all?

22. LOL! I know I know. It's just that three hatched out Thursday night. I'm just not seeing or hearing anything from any of the eggs that are left. And three of these eggs are really on day 20. No rocking, no chirping. They were all shipped eggs too.

My somewhat limited experience has been a few early birds, followed by the main group and then the stragglers seem to overlap with the main group.... I never seem to have pips start significantly after the others have hatched. I have found some "lazy" ones still alive a day or two later when doing my eggtopsies. None of these would have hatched on their own in my opinion and dont usually survive.

I have devised a way to dampen the wrong-end pips' membranes with a bendy straw and q-tip without opening the bator (of course )..

Is this okay to do? I mean, the subsequent evaporation won't make matters worse, will it?

I have

11- Black/lavender Split 7 weeks old
1- 3 week old BYM (special needs)
45- 1 week old BYM
23- hatching as we speak pure bred polish cochins and EEs
30-quail eggs due to hatch mid next week
140 + or- BYM, Rodebars, and marans due next weekend
7 muscovy eggs due on 4-12
12 LF Moudlan and a turken (sp) due on the 9th
and to complicate it further I just set 300+ eggs for easter pretty sure I have lost my mind.
