March hatch along

My pips from last night were a mistake, a small piece of dirt I had not seen before, however the little chickies are in there cheeping away today. I am sure at least the talkers have internally pipped, but haven't seen any external pipping yet.

I've had the 3 pips all day. I've gone in and checked every few minutes, now all of a sudden there are 7.

Excited for you! Wish mine would.

Mine are making progress ... very slowly. Had the one BCM hatch last night and two Amers this morning. Two more pips so far, but they're taking their time.

One of the Ameraucanas has unexpected coloring. Parents are brown red, chick has chipmunk stripes.

I know who her mom is based on egg color






This is mom, Thing One is her name, she has a twin sister named Thing Two (so actually technically either one could be the mom)
