Well...I did something stupid yesterday. I turned my heater off because my house was hot,and forgot to turn it back on before I went to sleep! The house was absolutely frigid when I woke up. I don't know my temperature in the incubator, since I have a blanket over top of it, I won't remove it to check for the temperature. I just going to go about as if it's a regular hatch.
Poop. Just...poop.
Don't worry too much, read this articleSubhanalah, I know the "just poop" feeling after discovering my incubator bulb burned out sometime this past Sunday... poop!!! The temp was in the 60s in the incubator, and eggs were cool to the touchMine will be 14 days tomorrow. I am hoping for a hatch... but not holding my breath. *sigh*![]()
Well, my doomed hatch took its final swift circle 'round the crapper this afternoon.
But long story short, I ended up with one sweet, SASSY little baby.
