March Hatching Madness

well I guess I was more tired than I thought last night. some how instead of turning off the light (plugged into the same surge suppressor as incubator and brooder lights, I turned off the Surge Suppressor it was Day 6 of this hatch......and I didn't get back in there for 7 hours as I went to bed. I will be candling the eggs tomorrow, and will post what I find, the chicks didn't have any problems with it as that room is a constant 72-75, but they were sure happy when the lights came back on.

I am hoping that this will not hurt my hatch, as it was supposed to be the last one till spring really comes here. I am running out of room to house them in the house until it is warm enough to move to their coop outside.

Hi all,

Wow have I been busy. I just looked at the calendar and realize today is lock down for my 12 purebred LF lavender/ split lavender ameraucana eggs from chicken stalker. Lucky for me all this weekend I'll be doing orchid show stuff so I won't be fussing at the incubator. I can't wait to see what comes out!
