Hi. I got six chickens from the county fair four years ago. One turned out to be a rooster (I gave him away) and three subsequently died, I believe of Marek's disease. Two survived, and one just died yesterday, presumably of old age. I would like to re-home the other one, but is it safe? Does she still carry the disease, and can she infect other chickens?
Thank you.

I would not rehome it as stress might bring out the disease that there is no cure for just either keep it or cull it

If Mareks was the illness, he will always be a carrier, even if he never had symptoms. I would keep him until he dies or is culled. Your environment should be always considered positive for Mareks, so any new chicks in the future should be vaccinated for Mareks and kept for 2-3 weeks in a non-Mareks environment, until they develop full immunity.
