Ok so yesterday a friend came over and gave me a 2 week old chick maybe 3 not sure and she is an Easter Egger. Well he told me he could not keep it due to the fact he had r other chicks that died all in one day. He said there was no blood and everything looked healthy the morning it happened. Well I took the chick in and I noticed that when it would walk it would literally lean on one side and walk in a slanted direction. It seems to be eating and drinking fine but I suspect it's a fungal infection. She does sleep alot tho. I checked her iris and they are a normal color no grayness. She also kinda acts like she has tics like she shakes her head and then it will stop for a while. Also when she walks its not always slanted its like her balance is off. The main thing I wanted to know is ironically I have 4 chicks that are 2 to 3 weeks old and I was wondering if I will be able to put her with the others in about a week.

I would NOT unless you see drastic improvements. I would go as far as to wash my hands and change my clothes when going between the chicks and the sick one.
Maybe for peace of mind you should take it to a vet to be tested to know exactly what to do - for the safety of your current chicks. It sounds like your friend had cocciadosis running through his flock and maybe it’s gotten to a point where there’s no coming back - or maybe a couple of days on Corid will suffice.

Here's the weird thing, he had too ducks that he housed with the chicks and they also died the same way. So can that disease travel to ducks also?

Yes! Cocciadosis is an avian disease, effecting wild and domestic birds. The wild ones are where they get it from... the good news is they develop immunities to it as they mature.
