Marek's in a 2-month old flock of black giants?

Some of my daughter's 2-month-old black Giants appear to have some kind of paralysis in one of their legs. Also looks like they are curling up their toes on that foot. She noticed one on Saturday, now 3 more hens have the same signs. Could it be Marek's? Help!!!
