Mareks

Just wondering now cause I read a post where someone has to deal with such a terrible disease

Are you able to consume birds you cull because of mareks? Or are they totally useless?

You can eat the meat; the disease does not effect the meat. However there is a form of mareks that can cause tumors and cause the meat to be unsightly. But mareks is not in the meat and doesn’t affect humans

Oh, okay. That's a relief. I don't have it yet and hope never to, but it's good to know I can still use the birds
