Day 9 this bird cannot walk. 12 weeks old. Wings drooped, she can crawl, panting anytime she exhorts herself. Panting does not stop even in 50 degrees.
Her leg isn’t behind her like the classic symptoms.
Do you think this could still be what’s going on? It came on suddenly within 2 days. Nothing has got better.

What have you done treatment wise? Is she eating, drinking, what do droppings look like? First thing I would do is get her on a good super B complex tablet or capsule, human ones, any brand, once a day every day. Just put it in her beak and push it back, she'll swallow it. Hock sitting and neuromuscular symptoms are often caused by thiamine or riboflavin deficiencies. That is the first thing to try.
