Not quite right for the other two white patterns though, either. So I'm not sure what you'd call it.Good catch!

Shoo shoo, unless you're volunteering!
For me I think it's because they're round. I love round birds.I think what's so endearing about them is that they keep that baby look. Like an adult cat that looks like a kitten.
They're still gonna be louder females than hensMaybe I should get some silkie ducks then..
Oh my. The Pastels are gorgeous. Your flock is beautiful. The OG sure have flourished. I still love Lidus! It's way past time I started my own thread. Please feel free to share your own Call ducks and chat! Calls from your past, present, and future are all welcome!
My OG girls (thanks @Conan for starting this obsession!) are the 4 in front and the 4 most close to the camera. They will be 2 years old April and May 2023. From left to right: Butter, Puddle, Lidus, Raspberry (in back), Roxy, and my drake Puddin' in the rear.

The newest pair arrived this October from Montana. They are approximately 7 months old. Their names are Raspberry and Puddin'.

I will be working on breeding the newest pair this coming spring, and potentially exploring one of my OG girl's genetics. She has a nice enough shape and bill that I don't think it would take much for her to produce SQ babies.
Here are the stats on the group as of today.

Hoping to get my human kidlets started on showing this summer. Please feel free to share any and all show tips! Would also love to hear about Call color genetics. I'm trying to learn as I go here. I've already picked a breeding partner and we are super excited to get started this spring.
Can't wait to hear from all the fellow Call peeps!
I could always just wear a sport bra instead of a regular one and deal with one clawing me upWe need someone that's flat chested and willing to rock a G cup across the border.![]()
