I just found my lovebird and my ringneck eating some margarine off a knife that was left out
Is this bad? is it dangerous?
I'm not sure how much they ate
Seeing as they hate each other usually and wont go near each other the margarine must have been super yum for them because they were eating it at the same time off the same knife

margarine was originally made to fatten turkeys. but they stopped feeding it to them because it killed them. so they started selling it to people. If they ate a little it will be ok. The turkeys only died because it was they're only food

If you are asking if you need to worry that they will keel over dead from it today... no, they should be ok... However NO butter or margarine is good for parrots. So try to keep it away from them in the future.
