Marigolds For Chickens🏵️

Oh I see!! They haven't started yet 😄
I didn't realize

Let me know how you get on.
Yep..research, research.. I wanted to give my 15 the very best possible organic life I can, as a byproduct, I want to raise the most fantastic eggs in the world! Not going to force them, just as a byproduct of a great life. Extra (all organic) brown flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, kelp (super dark green for yolk color too along w micronutrients) brewers yeast w garlic, turmeric, paprika, calendula, dark leafy greens like chard, collards, whatever I can grow, buy, beg or borrow, nutritious treats..etc. Organic non corn, non soy Modesto starter and now working in their whole grain layer which looks awesome, they pick all of it out first..one Sunday special treat I gave them organic collards, couple scoops organic low-fat cottage cheese, and added colorful elements..I try to work all that into their food without compromising basic nutritio, I also have their water spiked with a vitamin supplement to ensure enough vitamin D since their run is covered..they can find sun spots, but, just want to be sure..

I mist the food very slightly so the powders don’t just immediately fall off, but not so much I could grow molds..the pics are before I mixed the food..bulk is starter crumble..
