Marketing eggs-books, plans, other guidance

My initial interest in backyard chickens was a small scale flock of pets that would provide a few eggs and add to the compost pile too.
My interest is changing as I study the subject-I'd like to do some serious research and study about getting into the "organic" egg business.

Anyone able to reccomend books or other sources of info that seemed particularly helpful? An email to my local extension agent wasnt very fruitful.

I think greyfields and oh... what's his name... i'm missing it at the moment, can provide good information.

There are few people on here that do the commercial thing.
