Marsh roll-x automatic incubator

Hi all! So I was gifted this wonderful incubator but I think the thermostat is shot. It turns on, fan blows but it just heats up hotter and hotter. So question is 1) how would I know if it's the thermostat? 2) where would I look to find replacement parts? I tried google but found nothing.. thanks so much for the help!

Sigh I have been trying to upload more photos but it is not working. I dont have the best cell service where I am.. the piece on the left i assume is the thermostat and doesnt seem to matter where it is set, the temp climbs well past 100.
