Marsh Roll-X Bater

Hello!
I'm in need of some help here

I have a Marsh Roll-X Bater and I don't have my instructions anymore! I have no idea how to set it up right and what all I need to do with it to get it going. If you have one of these and would be willing to share your knowledge with me please email me privately at [email protected] I need to get my eggs on before this monday!

Also...just to make sure...I have my eggs at room temp until I have enough to put them in...is that the right thing to do? And I'm making it so the first batch of eggs I gathered are only a week old when they go in the Bater. Is that ok also? Thanks in advance for the help in getting me going in raising chicks again!
