Marsh roll x incubator egg Turner

The motor for the Turner sounds like it running but no parts move. Anyone familiar with these incubator egg Turner motors? Able to give me some guidance on trouble shooting the motor?

It's an older model but new to me I used it to hatch out a batch for the final lockdown because I had a split batch so needed separate incubator to completed the hatching.

Oh, sorry I totally missed that.
I am not familiar with that kind of incubator. Could you post a pic of it?

It's an older model but new to me I used it to hatch out a batch for the final lockdown because I had a split batch so needed separate incubator to completed the hatching.

So if you did use the turner previously, did it work?
I don't know why it wouldn't be working. Do you see anything blocking the turner from moving properly?

The Turner has not worked since I got it. Nothing is blocking it.

Ok. Is it a built in turner or can you remove it?
I'll tag @CluckNDoodle , hopefully she can help or knows someone who can. I have to go eat supper.

I can remove it. It's a big black box. I took it off the side to open it to see
