Yes, it was really nice seeing it in person. Not that I can put out the do-re-me for it right now......but I really liked the style of it a lot. Especially if it holds 4 hens nice & tight. Really a great backyard style for smaller flocks.

I just wish it wasn't martha stewart.... uggghh. She is sooo hard to watch/listen to. lol. But I will suffer through it because I LOVE BYC and I LOVE Chickens!!!!

I can only say my SIL and I had great fun...two country gals in the big city! We smuggled "Little Hen " on Amtrack from Phila to NYC in the middle of a nor'easter...rain & wind...
Got there, and the MS staff could not have been more pleasant. Lovely young girls took care of us, and thanked us for braving the weather to bring our hens to the show ( for what is to be, I am sure a 15 sec. shot of them) .
My hen was so good on the train but saved all her chatter for the show, I had to cover her eyes to keep her quiet sometimes! She stayed in my lap on the brown towel given to everyone so we would match... (so Martha) for the entire time.
I enjoyed meeting Magsrags and her patient husband... I just wish we all had more time to get together afterward, but we were moved right along after the show and with the weather, everyone just scrambled to get home. We had a train to catch...
Martha was very nice, we all received books from the authors who were on the show,along with a goofy rubber chicken pocketbook, my grandaughter may enjoy playing with it.
A day we will never forget, and tomorrow after work we are getting together for dinner and to watch the tape of the show.

I'm actually so excited about this. I was waiting for MS to do a show on chickens seeing as she often refers affectionately to the fresh eggs her own give her. XD Seriously, at least every other episode. As for the rubber chicken purse, did they give you the silly matching coin purses too? I was tempted to buy them one day so everyone of my friends and coworkers would think I was going senile already but they are EXPENSIVE :'( too expensive for the good laugh.
