Martha Stewart Television Show Wants You!

Come on Rob you know you wanta. You complained all this time because you couldn't score a ticket. Man up and go. You never know what opportunity may present itself. Like wear a BYC t under your regular shirt and then flash it at the last moment.

Loved your You Tube video! Are you bringing Helen?

Wish I would have gotten an invite. I would have cancelled patients, taken my son out of school, brought a carrier with one of my blue wheatens, brought pics of the coop....

Oh well.

thank you.:<)) Helen and her crew live not too far away in NJ now. I had a flock of 7 hens who all grew up together and had gotten a crowless rooster (can you believe it) to live with them???? Last spring they sang so loud when laying eggs early in the morning I received complaints. A friend of mine with a nice farm came and took them as a flock and their roo had to go with them.:<(( I couldn't bear to seperate them as they were all so bonded together.

I've found although silkies are small and friendly that keeping more than a couple for me is a big no-no. They sing their hearts out long after that egg is laid and when their buddies lay as well. It didn't go over well here.LOL
I have since raised up some EE's (who seem relatively quiet) and adopted 2 little silkies back that I had hatched out last Feb. They are going to get me in trouble all over again with their singing. One of them named "Mona" is going to the show with me. I hope she can keep quiet for the duration.

She rules the roost and is a total boss yelling at eeveryone all day long.

Right! I have that going on right behind me every day with 2 big boxers. They put them outside when the woman is grooming other dogs and they simply got into a frenzy barking for an hour or more. It is loud, annoying and they could care less.
Problem is if someone calls in animal control on me I'd have to rehome my birds because they are creating a "probem". Not so with dogs/cats and other pets who creat a noise problem. I think hens make happy funny sounds.....a large dog in a frenzy is not a happy sound at all.
