She was quiet, and I didn't get to try the penucillin/biomycin. She was about a year old. And when I found her, my other duck was nibbling at her, trying to get her to get up and anout charged at me, but didn't, so instead he charged at my near by dogs.. It broke my heart. But, we are trying to look for another duck, so my duck won't be lonely. He's alresdy showing signs of depression so we have to act fast.. I hate having to replace her, but if we don't, my drake will die. When I found her, she looked like she went to sleep and just didn't wake up..

Can someome help me find a duck doctor? I want to get my drake checked out to make sure he's okay, but I can't find any in Oklahoma, I'd very much prefer the doctor to be near Okc, to norman or newcastle. Thanks

Have you called the intown specialty vets yet? Someone who will work on a parret will work on a duck. In my small town there are 3 vet practices which makes about 7 vets total. When I called them all, one would see him. He's proved knowledgable, and most of all willing. I don't mind him using vet programs on him computer to help find the right duck (or in my case goose or chicken) info, so long as he cares enough to do it. I'd just start calling vets tomarrow at 8 a.m. If you give me a minutes, I'll see what I can find for you too. BRB.
